The first time I did Tufts was about seven years ago when I first started to get into running. I loved doing it then and I loved doing it this year. We had great weather (lots better than last year), I think I ran it faster than I did seven years ago (though I can't say for sure) and I got to shake Joan Benoit Samuelson's hand as I crossed the finish line (check out the picture). What's not to love? The Luna Chix were representing big time too. We had members from the Boston Run Team, the Boston Bike Team and the Providence Run Team participating as well as a great booth with lots of action before and after the race. Though Tufts marks the ending of our season, it is a great race and I definitely recommend it to anyone. Even men are theoretically allowed to run, though I only saw a handful.
